I develop skin care product from concept to tangible product for domestic and oversea markets. I am also in charge of development of digital lab note application and automation processes using programming for my department.

I enjoy working with individuals with realistic optimism. And I’m drawn to creative thinkers and enjoy collaborating with people who bring a touch of randomness – those unafraid to explore the offbeat path, introducing spontaneity and unpredictability.

One of the examples of what made me grow more in my career is when I realized the importance of collaborative effort and shifted my approach in handling global projects. Instead of solely undertaking global projects by myself, I shifted my approach and began involving more other team members to improve the overall global mindset of our group. It wasn't just about my individual success, but about fostering an environment where everyone could learn and grow together.

I am eager to push my personal boundaries beyond product development and utilizing my background and experience to contribute to the expansion in overseas markets.
