Management

Overview
The Final Gatekeeper of Safety and Assurance.

Quality Control (QC) tests raw materials and products, while Quality Assurance (QA) ensures compliance and oversees production sites. Quality Design establishes standards during development. Together, these roles safeguard high quality, delivering safety and trust to customers as ROHTO’s final gatekeeper.

APPROACH 0 1

Strict Out of Love,
Yet Always Rational.

Maintaining high quality requires strict standards within the company. Staying composed, yet sometimes clashing, we pursue uncompromising quality together. Our goal is to bring smiles to customers through the health we deliver. This strictness stems from a deep sense of love and commitment to our mission.

APPROACH 0 2

Creating Trust Before
Creating Products.

While we create products to deliver health, our priority is building trust and safety. We believe this not only reinforces confidence in ROHTO but also supports the physical and mental well-being of our customers.

APPROACH 0 3

We can create freely because
there are those who protect us.

Quality control involves thorough evaluation, considering all laws and circumstances. Continuously assessing risks and identifying areas for improvement is a vital strength. This meticulous approach is key to protecting ROHTO's freedom in product development.

  • Quality control

Perform tests to check for quality problems in completed products or the raw materials, containers, and packaging used in a product. Perform thorough factory inspections because eye drops and other products must be manufactured in a sterile environment.

  • Quality assurance

Cooperate with manufacturing sites and quality control to act as the face of quality departments that ensure product safety and comfort. Control quality in all areas related to the creation of ROHTO products, from suppliers to internal/external manufacturing sites, and handle inspections by the government and overseas bodies.
