ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, President: Masafumi Sugimoto) has concluded a naming rights sponsorship agreement with Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture, for the Ishigaki City Central Athletic Park Baseball Stadium, which had been publicly solicited by Ishigaki City.
While focusing on its over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals and Skincare Business, Rohto Pharmaceutical believes that the foundation of health lies in "food," and has been developing and selling health foods and supplements, as well as venturing into primary industries.
In Ishigaki City, through our group company, Yaeyama Farm Co., Ltd. Farm Co., Ltd., an agricultural production corporation, we have been involved in not only livestock and agricultural production but also processing and sales, working towards environmentally conscious circular agriculture and sixth-sector industrialization. In addition, we have undertaken various initiatives to improve the health of the people living in Ishigaki City and the local community, such as donating table tennis tables to Ishigaki City and hosting the Ishigaki Mayor's Cup Table Tennis Tournament so that children can exercise regardless of the unpredictable weather on the island.
As a naming rights sponsor, we will continue to contribute to promoting exercise and healthy lifestyles for local residents and children who will lead the next generation.
