(Headquarters: Seoul, South Korea, CEO: Seung-eun Choi, hereinafter "S-Alpha"), a startup developing therapeutic applications, as of March 28. Through this agreement, Rohto will leverage S-Alpha's expertise in therapeutic software development to provide digital technology-based solutions in the healthcare field and contribute to the well-being of society.
Background and purpose of the contract signing and investment
Our company has been working to address the evolving challenges in healthcare and medicine, aiming to realize people's well-being. In addition to research and development of healthcare products, including over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, we have recently been taking on challenges in medical fields through prescription drugs and Regenerative medicine, and are working to develop new solutions to realize people's well-being.
