launches new "SKIO VC Balancing Peel Lotion" in response to customer feedback

ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka City, President: Masashi Sugimoto) will launch the brand's first toner, "SKIO VC Balancing Peel Lotion," from the D2C skincare brand "® SKIO (SKIO)" in response to customer requests starting Monday, July 22, 2024, through the SKIO Online Shop. At the same time, the formulation of the serum "SKIO VC White Peel Serum" and the beauty gel "SKIO VC White Peel Gel" will be strengthened.
Additionally, we have completely revamped the SKIO brand concept and made some changes to the package design. The new brand concept is: "Pleasant, deliverable. Smooth, upward." ※1」。 For those who are busy with work or housework and feel they don't have enough time, through the SKIO brand, you can enjoy the message 'Hydrated, your skin glows smoothly, and your face naturally lifts.' We deliver experiential value that improves your daily life.

Through repeated conversations with customers so far, many have expressed their demand for lotion such as "Actually, we also use lotion together." Therefore, we are adding the toner "SKIO VC Balancing Peel Lotion" to our current two-step skincare lineup of serum and gel. At the same time, the formulations of "SKIO VC White Peel Serum" and "SKIO VC White Peel Gel" have been strengthened, evolving into SKIO that addresses skin concerns more effectively.

Furthermore, it contains five acids *7 and ion-balance reactive capsules *8 to create a moisturized, radiant, and smooth complexion.

A whitening *9 pore-minimizing *10 booster that works on skin after cleansing. This serum can be used directly on cleansed skin and delivers a combination of benefits for dark spots *9, pores *10, and enhanced absorption. It leads to moisturized, smooth, and brighter skin.
- The active ingredient, pure vitamin C *11, is at the highest concentration within the SKIO range.
- Salicylic acid is also included as an active ingredient to soften dead skin cells and prevent acne.

- Contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, an effective anti-inflammatory ingredient.
- Squalane *12 and ceramide *13 have been added as moisturizing ingredients.
