ZEROCO's freshness preservation technology, "ZEROCO," makes full use of the properties of water and ice to stably achieve low-temperature, high-humidity storage environments that have been considered difficult to achieve until now, thereby preserving the freshness of ingredients and foods for long periods of time at high quality, and by using it for pre-cooling, it also contributes to improving the quality of frozen foods.By utilizing this technology, ZEROCO is contributing to the creation of a healthy and sustainable "delicious future" in order to develop a social system that is suited to the new era in the relationship between humanity and food resources in a global environment where the population is rapidly increasing, and is also laying the foundation to support the development of Japan's food industry as it faces a declining birthrate and aging population.
