(Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President and Representative Director: Masafumi Sugimoto) has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with TNM Digital Joint Stock Company (Headquarters: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Representative: Nguyen Thanh Dat, hereinafter referred to as "TNM Digital") on October 30, 2024. The aim is to enhance the usefulness of the global ERP system, accelerate digital transformation, and improve the productivity and governance of the Rohto Group in the medium to long term.
