ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President: Hidetoshi Segi) will hold the event for young people, "Rohto Cocochi Lab ~A Chilling Well-Time in the City~," for two days on September 22nd (Monday) and September 23rd (Tuesday, national holiday), 2025, at Grand Green Osaka Rohto Heart Square Umeda.
Aiming to realize a society where both body and mind are healthy and well-being-oriented, we address the desire to cherish well-being-oriented "chill" time and provide experiences that allow you to spend well-time caring for yourself.
This event will feature a chill area where you can relax while listening to an original 6-minute and 10-second ASMR video that gives you a feel for using our products. We will also have exhibits explaining the ease of use of our products from a scientific perspective, as well as a campaign where you can enjoy a raffle.
Background of Implementation
Our group management vision is "Connect for Well-being," and our purpose is to lead all people and society around us to well-being and "energize the world of tomorrow." Since our founding, we have made "health" our core value, and have delivered familiar "health" to many people through the provision of over-the-counter medicines such as eye drops and skincare products.
In that process, we have continued to evolve, focusing not only on effectiveness and functionality, but also on ease of use and emotional satisfaction.
In recent years, while the "Taipa" mindset, which seeks to balance satisfaction and efficiency amidst the busyness of daily life, has become widespread, a new value system called "chill"—which means taking care of oneself, relaxing, and spending time comfortably—has spread, particularly among digital native Generation Z. This has led to increased interest in creating space for self-care and well-being.
Against this backdrop, this event was born from the desire of our employees in the younger generation to provide a "chill" time and place where young people can pamper themselves at Roth Heart Square Umeda, Grand Green Osaka, an oasis in Umeda, Osaka. We hope that this time, we can deliver the well-being that we aim for by allowing you to experience a different kind of spatial design than our products, embodying the commitment to "effectiveness + comfort" that we have cultivated in our product development.

What does "The Science of Comfort" mean? (Experience Booth)
We will explain, from a scientific perspective, how the ease of use of our products is scientifically proven, and set up a booth where you can actually touch and experience them. We have prepared various events such as product introduction booths where you can try out products familiar to Generation Z, and a campaign where you can draw a lottery ticket.

As special guests, the members of 3時のヒロイン (3-ji no Heroine) will appear as the opening act on September 23rd (Tuesday, a national holiday), and the event will be live-streamed on Rohto's official Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Regarding the implementation at Roth Heart Square Umeda
This event will take place at "Rohto Heart Square Umeda," a large covered event space that is a symbol of Umeda Park, and is planned with a view to a future where diverse people can gather. Named after our corporate slogan Moving the Heart" this venue will showcase the appeal of our brand and science to Generation Z.
Leveraging the unique environment of the Grand Green Osaka area, where urban life and nature blend seamlessly, this event aims to meet the needs of Generation Z who want to live a well-being-oriented life in their own way.
