to launch a new product under their medical-only brand "Dermacept RX Stem Advance®,"
proposing new value in medical skincare in the era of cosmetic medicine.

ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka City, President: Hidetoshi Seki) will release the "Stem Advanced Recharge Cream Mask" from the medical institution-exclusive skincare brand "Dermacept RX Stem Advance" on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Utilizing our research expertise, we have developed our proprietary ingredient "Stem CM*1," and the Japanese-Chinese ingredient "Cordyceps Extract* 2" inspired by the philosophy of Eu Yan Sang (Eu Yan Sang), who joined the Rohto Group in 2024. This is a dense cream mask that gently fits your skin after beauty treatments. Leveraging the synergy between our skin research and Eu Yan Sang 's cherished Eastern wisdom, we propose new value in medical skincare that includes daily care after cosmetic treatments.

Since our founding, our company has focused on "health" and addressed changes in society and consumers, expanding into eye care, skincare, oral and dietary products, and Regenerative medicine, consistently handling everything in-house, from basic research to manufacturing development and quality design. Leveraging this expertise and commitment to quality in manufacturing, we began skincare initiatives for medical institutions in 1998. For over 20 years, we have been listening to voices from the medical field and have continued to offer skincare proposals that address patients' skin concerns. Launched in 2023, "Dermacept RX Stem Advance" aims to assess skin condition through consultations and deliver the skincare needed for each individual.
Additionally, in 2024, we welcomed Eu Yan Sang (hereafter Eu Yan Sang) to our group and are working on developing products and services that incorporate Eastern wisdom and health concepts. The idea of aiming for natural health while maintaining physical and mental condition daily is believed to be applicable to beauty as well. By connecting care through cosmetic medicine and daily skincare, a richer beauty experience may be created. Focusing on the delicate and easily affected skin after cosmetic procedures, this product incorporates "Stem CM *1," a unique ingredient developed by Rohto Pharmaceutical, which is engaged in Regenerative medicine research. Through comprehensive analysis using our own data science research, we are also advancing research to understand the multifaceted relationship between "Stem CM * 1" and the skin. In addition, it contains "Cordyceps sinensis extract *2," a traditional Japanese herbal ingredient inspired by the philosophy of Eu Yan Sang, as well as ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid *3, trehalose *4, TECA *5, and panthenol *6. This formula combines years of skin research knowledge with the traditional Japanese herbal beauty philosophy that emphasizes daily care, enveloping the skin in rich moisture and leading to firm, hydrated skin.
