Please be careful of suspicious investment solicitations related to our company.

We have recently received inquiries from individuals claiming to be employees of financial institutions who have falsely used our company name to solicit investments in factory construction and other projects. However, we do not offer preferential treatment to individuals for the purchase of shares or issue corporate bonds in connection with factory construction or any other related matters. We have absolutely no connection to such solicitations, so please be extremely careful not to become a victim of fraud. If you receive a suspicious solicitation, please contact your local consumer affairs center or police station.

Examples of suspicious solicitation calls

• XX Bank is planning to build a factory in XX City.
• Would you be interested in financing, investing, or purchasing corporate bonds for the construction of the factory?
• You have the right to invest; would you be willing to transfer it to me?
