Could you tell me about your daily work?

We develop and promote Feminine Care products. Our mission is to support women's health and solve their daily concerns by approaching the issue from a scientific perspective and delivering better products. We also focus on disseminating information to deepen society's understanding of Feminine Care. Our goal is not merely product development, but to create a world where women know more about their own bodies and can take care of themselves as a matter of course.

What moments at work truly move you?

It's the moment I meet clients and hear their joyful feedback. I'm happy that they confide their worries to me, and when they feel that it's okay to talk about problems they've been holding back, I realize that that first step can have the power to change society. My greatest joy is being able to support women in living authentically through Feminine Care.

What kind of heartfelt message do you want to convey to your customers?

I want to help women realize that it's okay to take better care of their bodies. We've learned a lot recently, and I believe that as science unravels these issues, the options will expand even further. Through Feminine Care, I hope to alleviate some of the burden on women who are struggling, and to create a world where women themselves understand and take good care of their own bodies.

What kind of world will tomorrow be?

I believe that when women are healthy and energetic, their families and their country become healthier as well. That's why I believe that raising awareness and understanding of issues specific to women will change Japan's future for the better. As a pharmaceutical company, our role is to create evidence-based products and to communicate knowledge in an easy-to-understand way. We will continue to take on challenges to make Feminine Care more accessible and to create a future where women can be themselves.
