Disclosure of information that falls under the category of material facts as stipulated in the Timely Disclosure Rules will be explained to the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with the Rules and will be made through the Timely Disclosure Information Transmission System (TD net) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Disclosure based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act will be made through the Electronic Disclosure System (EDINET) for disclosure documents such as securities reports provided by the Financial Services Agency.
Any information other than the above that is deemed to have an impact on investment decisions will be promptly disclosed as appropriate, depending on its importance and urgency, through the distribution of press releases, press conferences, briefing sessions, etc. Information disclosed in accordance with (1) and (2) above will be posted on our website (hereinafter referred to as "this site") promptly after disclosure.
We will further enhance the "Shareholder and Investor Information" section of our website, accurately disseminate information to various media, and strive to disclose information in an easy-to-understand manner in an environment that is easily accessible to shareholders and investors through various information media, including briefing sessions and various printed materials.
4. Quiet Period
In order to prevent leaks of financial information and ensure fairness, we observe a quiet period of several weeks before each quarterly financial statement and its announcement. During this period, we will refrain from responding to comments or questions related to financial statements, etc. However, if it becomes clear that a difference between our earnings forecasts and actual results during the quiet period falls within the range of fluctuations required by the timely disclosure rules, we will disclose the information appropriately through a press release or other means.
