Public notice method
In accordance with the provisions of our Articles of Incorporation, we make public announcements electronically.
However, if an electronic public notice is not possible due to an accident or other unavoidable reason, the notice will be published in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
Announcement of financial results
In accordance with Article 440, Paragraph 4 of the Companies Act, the securities report will replace the public announcement of financial results.
