Q2: Who should I contact regarding stock procedures?
If your shares are deposited in a trading account with a securities company or other financial institution, please contact that financial institution. Q3: When is the general meeting of shareholders held?
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is held every year in late June. Please see the IR Events page.
Q4: When is the shareholder record date for dividend payments?
The settlement date is March 31st of each year. If an interim dividend is paid, the settlement date is September 30th.

Q1: What kind of shareholder benefits can I receive?
In addition to discounts on our mail order sales and points on our community site "COCO ROHTO Park," shareholders who have held shares for three years or more and shareholders who hold 500 shares or more will receive recommended products from among the popular Rohto products and products from our group companies. Q2: What does it mean to hold for more than 3 years?
A shareholder who has held shares continuously for three years or more is a shareholder who has been listed or recorded in the shareholder register as of March 31st of each year with the same shareholder number four or more times in a row.

Q3: When can I receive shareholder benefits?
We deliver our products every year between June and July (with some exceptions). The timing varies depending on the product, so please refer to the special offer guide you received for details.
Q4: Can I not receive pharmaceuticals as a shareholder benefit?
Our company's products include many pharmaceutical products, including eye drops, but due to restrictions under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, they are not eligible for preferential treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that you can also use our mail order discount coupons and mail order shopping vouchers provided as shareholder benefits to purchase pharmaceuticals.
