Shareholder registration

It depends on whether or not you are a registered shareholder.
Information regarding shareholder registration will be sent to you in early June, enclosed with the "Notice of Convocation of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders."
Deadline for shareholder registration: June 30th

<For those who are registered shareholders>
Points will be awarded in mid-July.
You can order your favorite products using points at Rohto Pharmaceutical Online.
Orders placed through Rohto Pharmaceutical Online are usually delivered within 2-5 days. Delivery may take longer in some areas, such as remote islands, or depending on delivery circumstances.
We anticipate a high volume of orders, especially in mid-July (immediately after shareholder benefit points are awarded), and processing may take approximately 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your understanding.

Our product assortment is scheduled to be shipped on July 29th. It is expected to arrive by early August.
Please note that shareholders holding 100 shares or more but less than 500 shares for less than 3 years will not receive a mailing.

<For those who are registered shareholders>
Shareholder benefit points were awarded in July. Please use your points to order your favorite products at Rohto Pharmaceutical Online.
If your ordered items have not arrived, please contact us via the inquiry form, providing detailed information.

<For those who are not registered shareholders>
Our product assortment is scheduled to be shipped on July 29th. It is expected to arrive by early August.
Please note that shareholders holding 100 shares or more but less than 500 shares for less than 3 years will not receive a mailing.
If you do not receive our product assortment, please provide your name, address, and shareholder number, and contact us via the inquiry form or by phone (06-6758-6920).

If you have difficulty using the internet and are unable to register as a shareholder, we will send you a gift set of our products. It will be delivered to the address registered in the shareholder register. Please let us know if you wish to change the delivery address.

Please note that changes to the delivery address are only applicable to the shipment of this shareholder benefit item. For changes to your registered address on the shareholder register, please contact your securities company directly.

The "mail-order discount" as a shareholder benefit ended in the fiscal year ending March 2026. However, we may still include discount coupons for shareholders with product shipments or inform you through our shareholder email newsletter.

Please note that changes to the delivery address are only applicable to the shipment of this shareholder benefit item. For changes to your registered address on the shareholder register, please contact your securities company directly.

If there are no changes to your shareholder number, no action is required, but please double-check that your shareholder number registration is complete.
Please log in to Rohto Pharmaceutical Online and check the "Shareholder Number" field on your My Page. If your shareholder number is displayed, your registration is complete.
If your shareholder number is not displayed, your registration is not complete. We will not be able to award you shareholder benefit points, so please be sure to check.

Shareholder numbers are maintained twice a year, and only shareholder registrations with the most recent shareholder register will continue. If your shareholder number changes, your registration will be deleted because it will no longer be listed in the latest shareholder register. You will need to register again.

Your shareholder number may change if any of the following apply to you. Please contact your securities company to inquire whether your shareholder number has changed.

<Main cases in which your shareholder number may change>
• If the name on the stock registration changes
Examples: When inheriting or receiving a gift, or when using a stock lending service, etc.
• If you sell all of your shares and then buy them back
example:
- If you change your securities company
- When you switch your stock holdings from a general account to a NISA account, etc.
- If you sell all of your shares and buy them back by the record date

Please log in to Rohto Pharmaceutical Online and check the "Shareholder Number" field on your My Page. If your shareholder number is displayed, your registration is complete.

The deadline for shareholder registration is June 30, 2026.
If you log in to Rohto Pharmaceutical Online and your shareholder number is listed on your My Page, your registration is complete.
If your shareholder number has changed, you will need to register again.

Please register using the shareholder number and postal code listed on your voting form or dividend statement.

Points will be awarded in mid-July to those who have registered as shareholders by June 30th.

The points for the 2026 shareholder benefit program are scheduled to be awarded in mid-July 2026. You can use the points after they have been awarded.
You can check your points by logging into Rohto Pharmaceutical Online and accessing your My Page.

Points are valid for a maximum of 24 months starting from April. Points earned between April and the end of March of the following year are valid until the end of March of the year after that.
Example: Points earned between April 2026 and the end of March 2027 are valid until March 31, 2028.
*The points awarded in mid-July 2026 will expire on March 31, 2028.

You don't need to use all your shareholder benefit points in a single order. You can use the number of points you need, when you need them.
Items redeemed with points are shipped free of charge (covered by our company). When using points for shopping, shipping is free (covered by our company) for purchases of 5,000 yen or more (including tax) before using points.

You can log in to Rohto Pharmaceutical Online and check your current point balance on your My Page.

Points will be awarded around mid-July.
