Q1: When will the complimentary gift arrive?

It depends on whether or not you are a registered shareholder.
Information regarding shareholder registration will be sent to you in early June, enclosed with the "Notice of Convocation of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders."

Points will be awarded in mid-July.
You can order your favorite products using points at Rohto Pharmaceutical Online.
Orders placed through Rohto Pharmaceutical Online are usually delivered within 2-5 days. Delivery may take longer in some areas, such as remote islands, or depending on delivery circumstances.
We anticipate a surge in orders, especially in mid-July (immediately after shareholder benefit points are awarded), and delivery may take 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your understanding.

<For those who are not registered shareholders>
Our product assortment will be shipped on July 29th. You can expect to receive it by early August.
Please note that shareholders holding 100 shares or more but less than 500 shares for less than 3 years will not receive a mailing.

Q2: I don't know how to apply for shareholder benefits online.

If you have difficulty using the internet and are unable to register as a shareholder, we will send you a gift set of our products. It will be delivered to the address registered in the shareholder register. Please let us know if you wish to change the delivery address.

Please note that changes to the delivery address are only applicable to the shipment of this shareholder benefit item. For changes to your registered address on the shareholder register, please contact your securities company directly.

Q1: How do I register as a shareholder?

Information regarding shareholder registration will be sent to you in early June, enclosed with the "Notice of Convocation of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders."
We plan to post registration instructions on this page in early June.

Q2: I have already registered my shareholder number. Is there anything I need to do again this time?

If there are no changes to your shareholder number, no action is required.
Please log in to Rohto Pharmaceutical Online after June 1st and check the "Shareholder Number" field in your My Page. If your shareholder number is displayed, your registration is complete.
If your shareholder number is not displayed, your registration is not complete. We will not be able to award you shareholder benefit points, so please be sure to check.

About points

Q1: When will the shareholder benefit points be awarded?

Points will be awarded in mid-July to those who have registered as shareholders by June 30th.
Shareholders who exercise their voting rights will receive an additional 500 points. These points are also scheduled to be awarded around the same time.
*Shareholder registration is required to receive points.

Q2: Do the points have an expiration date?

Points are valid for a maximum of 24 months starting from April. Points earned between April and the end of March of the following year are valid until the end of March of the year after that.
Example: Points earned between April 2026 and March 2027 are valid until March 31, 2028.
*The points awarded in mid-July 2026 will expire on March 31, 2028.

Q3: Do I need to use up all the points I receive as shareholder benefits at once?

You don't need to use all your shareholder benefit points in a single order. You can use the number of points you need, when you need them. Orders totaling 5,000 yen or more (including tax) before using points qualify for free shipping (covered by our company).
