Policy of Social Contribution

In addition, we will aggressively support our employees' social contribution activities to encourage them to grow as responsible society members who can see various social issues as their problems and take the initiative to solve them.

Social Contribution Activities
Our company's management philosophy states that "we will work together with all those around us to solve social issues and share the benefits gained from this," and we are actively engaged in social contribution activities, positioning them as an important theme of our business activities. In particular, we are working to realize a well-being society by working on "supporting the next generation," "activities to raise health awareness," "coexistence with the local community," "medical advancement," and "activities related to environmental issues," with a social contribution expenditure of 837 million yen (consolidated) in fiscal 2024. We are actively working to ensure that each employee can participate in social contribution activities with a sense of social participation.
Employee-led donation program "Karugamo Fund" (since 2004)
Funded by a volunteer employee fund and an equal amount of support from the company, the fund is run every year by a volunteer employee committee, which selects donation recipients and determines the details of collaboration based on themes such as the community, health, the next generation, and welfare.
(As of March 2025, approximately 80% of employees are participating)
Sports support activities
We believe that sports not only improve physical and mental health, but also have the power to overcome cultural differences and strengthen unity. By creating an environment where children can become familiar with sports from an early age, striving to raise health awareness, and supporting health promotion through the power of sports, which can be enjoyed throughout one's life, we contribute to everyone's well-being.

Since 2003, we have had a sponsorship contract with Gamba Osaka, a J.League team. We support the team with the hope of revitalizing the local community and promoting culture.
Bambitious Nara Top Partner
In 2020, we signed a top partner agreement with Bambitious Nara, a member of the B League. The entire company will support the team, hoping to revitalize Nara, the birthplace of our founder, and to ensure a bright future for the children who will lead the next generation.
Yasukazu Murakami Senobic Dream Table Tennis School / Rohto Pharmaceutical Cup National Hopes Table Tennis Tournament / Ishigaki Mayor's Cup Table Tennis Tournament
To support children in building healthy bodies, we hold table tennis classes across the country together with Yasukazu Murakami (former head coach of the Japanese women's table tennis team and current general manager of the Nippon Life Insurance Women's Table Tennis Club), and are special sponsors of the historic table tennis tournament, the Rohto Pharmaceutical Cup National Hopes Table Tennis Tournament. Furthermore, together with Ishigaki City and Yaeyama Farm Co., Ltd., we have been holding the Ishigaki Mayor's Cup Table Tennis Tournament since 2019.
