Target Shareholders

This offer is open to shareholders who hold one unit (100 shares) or more and are listed on the shareholder register and beneficial shareholder register as of March 31st of each year.

• *Points can be exchanged for products or used for purchases at Rohto Pharmaceutical Online.
• *Shareholder registration is required to receive points.
• *Points will be awarded to shareholders who register by the deadline, so please use them at Rohto Pharmaceutical Online. No product gift sets will be delivered.
• *Outline Schedule
  June: Deadline for shareholder registration
  Points will be awarded in July (for shareholders who have already registered as shareholders).
  Delivery of our product assortment (for shareholders who have not yet registered as shareholders)
  The dates are subject to change.
• *Shareholders who have continuously held shares for three years or more are defined as shareholders whose names are listed or recorded under the same shareholder number in the shareholder register as of March 31st of each year for four consecutive times or more.

Please note that your shareholder number may change if any of the following applies. If you would like to know whether your shareholder number has changed, please contact the securities company where you have deposited your shares.
