*In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and with the safety and security of our shareholders as our top priority, we ask that you refrain from attending this General Meeting of Shareholders and instead exercise your voting rights by mail or via the Internet (deadline: 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2022).
*Seats for shareholders will be spaced farther apart than usual, allowing for ample seating.
Seating will be on a first come, first served basis, and you may be asked to refrain from entering if the venue is full.
*Please cooperate by spraying your hands with alcohol-based disinfectant, wearing a mask, and taking your temperature, which will be provided at the reception desk. Anyone who does not cooperate with these measures or has a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will be denied entry to the venue.
