Products that meet the labeling standards set by Rohto Pharmaceutical are marked with the unique “R・eco” mark By making it clear at a glance that a product is eco-friendly, we are working to reduce the environmental burden together with customers who want to purchase products that are as environmentally friendly as possible. "R・eco" is displayed on 237 items out of all Rohto Pharmaceutical products *.
The certification rate for the shipment volume is 48.5%, and although the effect of each change in packaging is small, the overall effect is a significant contribution to the environment.

Environmental Performance in the Laboratory - My Green Lab -
Our laboratories (Head Office Physics and Chemistry Laboratory and Head Office Microbiology Laboratory) participate in My Green Lab, an international program focused on improving the environmental performance of laboratories.
The My Green Lab certification program evaluates companies across the following 12 categories * (sustainability culture, infrastructure energy, plug load, water resources, waste and recycling, resource management, procurement, green chemistry, business travel and transportation, freezing and refrigeration, large equipment, and draft chambers).

Participation in Re-style
As a partner company of the Ministry of the Environment's Re-Style initiative, we are actively working to realize a recycling-oriented society. We display the official "Re-Style Product" logo on resource-saving and recycled products, helping to raise awareness among our business partners and consumers.
