AOF Medium Utilizing Know-How
from Rohto Pharmaceutical's Development of Regenerative Medicine Products

This medium was created by leveraging our know-how in the manufacture and development of media used in our clinical trials. It is manufactured under the same raw-material grade, production environment, and quality control as the media we use in clinical trials. This is an AOF (Animal Origin Free) medium that does not use animal- or human-derived raw materials such as serum, and it consists of chemically defined components. As a result, variability is low, allowing batch checks and similar tasks to be reduced or omitted.
