This medium is developed using the expertise gained from our clinical trial mediums. It is manufactured under the same grade of raw materials, production environment, and quality control standards as the medium used in our clinical trials. This medium is an AOF (Animal Origin Free) medium, which does not contain any animal-derived or human-derived raw materials, and it is composed of chemically defined components. Therefore, it eliminates the need for lot checks and enables the acquisition of highly reproducible data.

Investigation of cell proliferation capacity of adipose/umbilical cord-derived hMSCs

Adipose-derived and umbilical-cord derived hMSCs were cultured for 10 consecutive days using StemNavi(RS1-500) or R:STEM(EM1-500) from Passage 4 to Passage 6, and the cell proliferation capacity was evaluated based on the population doubling level (PDL) calculated over time, and cell status was observed.
