Our Initiatives

Recent initiatives

"TokoChalle Extreme" - an exercise program designed for fun participation with friends.

To improve the percentage of employees who walk 8,000 steps and walk briskly for 20 minutes a day, and the percentage of employees who exercise for 30 minutes at least twice a week, we held the "TokoChalle" walking event for all employees again in fiscal year 2025.
This year's event, titled "TokoChalle Kiwami," was held with the concept of returning to the importance of walking. Over three weeks, teams competed to learn about the importance of walking through videos and drills, competing in the number of steps and brisk walking time, aiming to improve the rate and quality of exercise practice.
As a result, in addition to an increase in the implementation rate of each item, the amount of communication also increased, leading to an improvement in presenteeism.

"Health Festival '25 Autumn ~Sleep, Metabolic Syndrome & Anemia Improvement Challenge~" - Rethinking Lifestyle Habits

We conducted a two-month improvement challenge focusing on three health issues: "improving sleep satisfaction," "reducing the number of people with metabolic syndrome," and "reducing the number of people with anemia." Despite participation being voluntary, 271 people took part, and satisfaction with each program exceeded 90%.
This can lead to a review of lifestyle habits and serve as a catalyst for behavioral change.
