2004-2013: Creating an environment for health promotion

  • The All Well Plan Promotion Office was established to focus exclusively on promoting employee health.
  • Employee welfare facility "Smart Camp" opened at Osaka Head Office
2006
  • Opened employee welfare facility "Smart Camp" at Tokyo branch (closed in December 2020)
2007
  • Company-wide smoking ban. Supported by smoking cessation programs.
2008
  • Health Management Office begins conducting interviews with all employees
  • Smart Camp in Tokyo opens to the general public as a "shared employee benefit" initiative

  • Launch of "fufufu," a health and beauty information magazine that conveys accurate health information in an easy-to-understand manner
